How to check the safety of vehicles?

      1、 The key points of the round the car inspection method

      1. Starting from the front of the vehicle, check whether the license plate is defaced and detached. Now, we will strictly investigate the license plate related problems. If we do not install and use the license plate according to the regulations or deliberately deface and block the license plate due to our carelessness, we will be charged 12 points and lead to direct degradation. That is a serious loss is not worth the gain. Trailer license plate and magnification number also need to be checked to see if they are complete and clear.

      2. Check the lights to see if a series of lamps and lanterns, such as the high and low beam of the headlamp, the turn signal lamp, the emergency lamp, the front and rear anti fog lamps, are in good condition. If there is any stain, you need to clean them.

      3. Check the tire to see if the tire and spare tire are short of air and if the screw of the tire is loose; If there are stones and other debris stuck in the tire texture, it also needs to be cleaned up.

      4. Check the wiper to see if the wiper blade works normally and if there is water in the windshield spout.

      5. Check the oil-water separator for moisture and impurities; Pull the water discharge switch of the air reservoir to discharge the accumulated water; By the way, check if all the oil filled caps are loose.

      6. Take a look at the front of the car and the whole chassis to see if they fall off and all kinds of connecting pipes fall off, and check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic cylinder of the rear axle transmission.

      7. The saddle of the tractor is a must for the semi-trailer driver to check whether the traction pin is in place and whether the locking mechanism is reliable.

      If the vehicle is engaged in logistics industry, it is necessary to check whether the container is closed firmly and whether the seal or lock is complete; Whether the tarpaulin is bound firmly, whether there is any excess thread exposed, and if there is any, the binding thread needs to be collected; Check all kinds of emergency equipment, whether there are fire extinguishers, triangle warning signs, triangle wood and other emergency supplies on the car. It would be better to bring an orange reflective vest.

      Instrument inspection before departure

      Enter the cab after the walk around inspection under the vehicle. Before starting the vehicle, we also need to pay attention to:

      1. Observe whether the rearview mirror is clean and adjust the mirror angle.

      2. Observe the instrument display to see if the oil, fuel, voltage, air pressure and other instruments are normal, especially pay attention to whether there is a fault light alarm. If there is a red fault light alarm, you need to manually remove the fault, do not take the car sick.

      3. Shake the steering wheel, feel whether the clearance and rotation are normal, and press the horn to see whether it works normally.

      4. It is particularly important to check the brake system. In routine inspection, you can turn on the brake air pressure enough first, and then listen to it to see if there is any air leakage after flameout; You can also step on and hold the brake pedal, listen to the whole brake pipeline in the braking state leakage.
