Precautions of crane in use

      Crane belongs to heavy machinery, when we encounter crane construction, we should pay attention to the whole, if necessary, take the initiative to avoid danger, today we will talk about the precautions of crane use!

      1. Set all control handles to zero position and ring the alarm before driving.

      2. Test run each mechanism with empty vehicle first, and judge whether each mechanism is normal or not. If the brake on the crane fails or is not adjusted properly, the crane is forbidden to work.

      3. When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift, or when lifting heavy loads at other times, the heavy objects should be put down 0.2m above the ground to check the brake effect, and then put into normal operation after meeting the requirements.

      4. When the crane is close to other cranes on the same span or upper layer, it must keep 1_ Distance above 5m: when two cranes lift the same object, the minimum distance between cranes shall be kept above 0.3m, and the load on each crane shall not exceed 80% of the rated load

      5. The driver must strictly abide by the command signal on the crane. Do not drive until the signal is not clear or the crane has left the dangerous area.

      6. In case of improper hoisting method or possible danger during hoisting, the driver shall refuse hoisting and put forward improvement suggestions.

      7. For cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, it is not allowed to use two hook heads to lift two heavy objects at the same time. The hook head that cannot be made shall be lifted to the limit position, and the hook head is not allowed to hang other auxiliary lifting tools.

      8. When lifting heavy objects, they must be lifted in the vertical direction, and dragging and inclined lifting are prohibited. Lifting is not allowed when the hook head rotates.

      9. When approaching the end of the track, the cart and trolley of the crane shall slow down and approach at a slow speed to avoid frequent collision with the rack

      10. The crane shall not collide with another crane. Only when one crane breaks down and the surrounding conditions are known, it is allowed to use a crane without load to slowly push another crane without load.

      11. The lifted heavy objects shall not stay in the air for a long time. In case of sudden power failure or sharp line voltage drop, the controller handle shall be returned to zero position as soon as possible, the main switch (or main switch) in the distribution protection cabinet shall be cut off, and the crane operator shall be informed. If the heavy object is suspended in mid air due to sudden reasons, the driver and the crane worker shall not leave the post, and other personnel on the site shall be warned not to pass through the dangerous area.

      12. When the brake of the lifting mechanism suddenly fails in operation, it is necessary to deal with it calmly. If necessary, turn the controller to the low gear to make slow and repeated lifting action. At the same time, drive the cart and trolley, and select the safe area to put down the heavy objects.

      13. For continuous working cranes, each shift shall have 15-20 minutes for cleaning and inspection.

      14. When lifting liquid metal, harmful liquid or important goods, no matter how heavy they are, they must be lifted 200 ~ 300 mm above the ground first, and then formally lifted after verifying that the brake works reliably.

      15. It is forbidden to lift heavy objects buried underground or frozen on other objects. It is forbidden to use spreaders to tow vehicles.

      16. It is forbidden to load and unload materials in the same carriage or cabin with spreader (lifting electromagnet) and manpower at the same time.

      18. When two cranes transport the same object, the weight shall not exceed 85% of the total lifting capacity of the two cranes, and each crane shall not be overloaded.

      20. When the crane is working, no one is allowed to stay on the crane, trolley and crane track.

      21. The hoisted heavy objects run on the safe passage.

      22. When running on the line without obstacles, the bottom of the spreader or heavy object must be lifted more than 2m away from the working face.

      23. When it is necessary to cross the obstacle on the running line, the bottom surface of the spreader or heavy object shall be lifted more than 0.5m higher than the obstacle.

      24. When the crane is running without load, the hook must be raised above the height of more than one person.

      25. It is forbidden to lift heavy objects over the head, and no one is allowed to work under the heavy objects.

      26. It is forbidden to transport or lift personnel with crane spreaders.

      27. It is forbidden to store inflammable (such as kerosene, gasoline, etc.) and explosive materials on the crane.

      28. It is forbidden to throw anything from the crane to the ground.

      29. Under normal circumstances, limit switches are not allowed to be used for parking.

      30. Do not open the switch and junction box before cutting off. It is strictly forbidden to use the emergency stop device to interrupt the normal operation.
